Our management team consists of the following members: 



Andre Papoular, Chief Executive Officer

Andre Papoular joined Assembléon per January 2009.

  • Acquired management skills within many divisions of Philips, Semiconductors, Components, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Lifestyle.
  • Disciplined in Marketing, Industry and technology, Purchasing, Strategy and General Management
  • International management experiences in France, Holland, UK, Belgium and Japan
Andre holds engineering degrees in Electro-mechanics, Power Electronics and Automation.

  
 

Hans Strieder, Director Human Resource Management

Hans Strieder joined Assembléon per March 2003. Previous experience:

  • HRM manager in food industry
  • Various senior HRM positions within ASML
  • Founding partner in The Member Company (TMC) which focused on interim management and consultancy
He holds MBA in HRM and Business Economics.   


Math Kunen, Chief Financial Officer

Math Kunen joined Assembléon per February 2008. Previous experience:

  • Auditing and statutory reporting of international industrial and service Companies
  • Various Financial Management functions within General Electric
  • European management positions within Finance, Supply Chain and as General Manager for American Private Equity firms
Math holds a masters degree in Business Economics.


Jeroen de Groot, Senior Director Marketing

Jeroen de Groot joined Assembléon in 1998. Previous experience:

  • Director Business Line Systems
  • Manager Business Support and Marketing in the Asia Pacific region 
  • Product manager of FCM (Fast Component Mounter) and AX-5 platform
Jeroen holds a masters degree in Technology Management.

Ton Cornelissen, Senior director Europe/Global key accounts

Ton has joined Assembléon in March 1997. Previous experience:

  • Acquired management skills in various companies in medical and analytical business
  • Various international sales managementnt positions
  • Management experience in Europe and Asia within sales/service operation

Ton graduated in Chemistry

    

Miel Ramselaar, Senior Director Operations

Miel Ramselaar joined Assembléon per June 2007:

  • Acquired management/project skills in Industrial and Pharmaceutical businesses
  • Various senior Operational management positions
  • International management experience as expat and member of global Operation management teams
Miel holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering

Jos van de Sanden, Director Supply Management

Jos van de Sanden joined Assembléon per September 2007:

  • Acquired Supply management and Logistical skills in Food Processing and Medical Industry businesses
  • Various international senior Purchasing management positions
  • Management experience as regional and global responsible within Purchasing and within company MT.
Jos graduated in Civil Engineering and obtained his MBA in International Business.

Roel Wessels, Senior Director Innovation

Roel Wessels joined Assembléon per March 2004:

  • Acquired technology and management skills in Automotive, Software and High Tech Equipment Industry
  • Various senior management positions
  • Program Manager AX-5, AX-2 and New Products Development at Assembléon
Roel holds a masters degree in Applied Physics.

Burkhardt Frick, VP & GM Asia Pacific Region

Burkhardt Frick joined Assembléon per January 2008.

  • 15 years of commercial management experience with Philips Semiconductors and Components.
  • Strong focus on global key account management, general sales management and business development
  • Extended International assignments in USA, Germany and Asia
Burkhardt holds an Master Degree in Electrical Engineering. 

Leo van de Vall, General Manager Assembléon America

Leo van de Vall joined Assembléon in April 1988

  • Acquired management skills by various Philips industrial automation projects and various management positions in Assembléon
  • Disciplined in Marketing, Sales, Industry and Technology, Strategy and General Management
  • International management experience in The Netherlands, Japan and USA

Leo holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and Business Administration from Eindhoven University of Technology
