Assembléon

Internship Automated reliability testen bases on user profiles: feasability

Key areas of responsibility

Assembléon is a manufacturer of component mounting machines. The machine operates using a number of constant steering parameters (like its velocity).
The past has shown that there is a relation between the reliability and the way a system is used. This together with the growing flexibility makes it complex to prove the reliability. Previous research has resulted in user profiles: parameters that define the use of the system by customers. This has resulted in the idée to prove the reliability with automated testing based on these user profiles.
The goal of this research to define the requirements and make a design for automated reliability testing based on user profiles. Furthermore the feasibility of the design is proven by a first version.
