level of service is important factor for customers of Assembléon. Where
customers are located all over the world.
The past has shown that it is important that the right people have the
correct technical knowledge (information) to reach this high service level
for customers.
The goal of this research is to define a knowledge model that describes who
needs which type of knowledge and to translate this into a design for a
knowledge system. This system has to be efficient, effective and
sustainable.
