Intra- and Internet Administrator


Key Areas of Responsibility

The Intra- and Internet Administrator is responsible for the correct working of the global Assembléon intra- and internet. The content itself is being maintained by a central Content Management System (CMS). The Content Editor Group (CEG) is responsible for regularly updating the content. Primary focus of the administrator is to enable the content editors to perform their work properly.

  • Configure and maintain the CMS together with the expertise of the delivering CMS partner
  • First line CMS support
  • Building and maintenance of webform
  • Instruct, train and advise the CEG. Organize CEG-meetings to define the way of working
    Member of the Internal Communication Group. This group defines actions on improving the internal communication process
  • Advise on and promotion of the way of working with the CMS in the organization and the implementation of solutions

 

Job requirements

The Intra- and Internet Administrator works on a maintenance level. Knows how to translate Business Requirements into website application configurations, taking into account other users and applications. He knows what goes on in the organization, has good communication skills and possesses capabilities as consultant, application manager and trainer. He is capable of initiating and running (small) change projects.

Necessary know how / skills

  • Has 3 to 5 year relevant CMS experience
  • Experience with the Content Management System "Morello" of MediaSurface
  • Experience with HTML, Javascript and databases (SQL)
  • Experience with creation of webforms
  • Experience as webmaster
