Assembléon’s remote support service provides you with fast access to the experience and know-how of Assembléon specialists via broadband internet. They will maximize your uptime through rapid and remote diagnosis.
Remote Support Service customer benefits:

Remote Support Service enables Assembleon Support Center to:
- Perform remote analysis & diagnose problems
- Check and modify machine settings
- Monitor machine availability
- Upload and install software patches
A comprehensive, world-class package
Remote Support Service includes all the necessary hardware for the remote connection - we will work with your IT department to correctly install it. This connection is created using secure encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunneling via IPsec (Internet Protocol Security). Industry-wide standards assure the privacy, integrity, and authenticity of information crossing the public IP networks. The only prerequisites are a machine network and an internet connection.
Remote Support Service is accessible via your normal Assembléon Call Center during office hours, while extended 24/7 service is available optionally. A maximum response time of one hour is guaranteed. Supported Assembléon machines: AX-201, AX-301, AX-501, ACM-NT and AQ-NT.
