1. Why should I register?
At Assembléon we aim to build a personal relationship with the visitors to our site. While you can find a lot of information on this site as a non-registered visitor, additional levels of information and downloads are available for registered guests. Please visit the Why Register page for more details
2. How do I register?
- Please fill out the Registration form and click on submit.
- You will automatically receive an email message asking you to confirm your intent to register at assembleon.com.
- Once you do this, you will receive another email message with your initial username and password.
- Please log in to the site with the credentials provided. Once logged in, you have the option to change your password by editing your profile. Note that for security reasons we ask you to compete the full registration process in one session.
Note that all new registrations are initially as Visitor, also if you want to be registered as Customer, Agent or Employee. Completing the process for these registrations may take a few days. Also please note that registration as anything else than a Visitor requires the use of a company email address.
3. What does Register As mean?
We ask you to indicate in what capacity you are visiting our site, in order to further tailor the content of our site to your specific needs. Registered Visitors can access additional information on Assembléon products and services. Registered Customers have access to our Customer extranet. Four Assembléon Sales and Service partners, as well as for emplopyees, additional content is also available.
4. How do I get access to more information?
This starts with becoming a registered visitor by filling out the Registration form. This is an automatic on-line process available to everyone that can be completed in a few minutes - more information at 'How do I register' above. All new registrations will be initially as Visitors. If you have indicated that are a Customer, Agent, or Employee, you will initially be registered as a visitor while we validate your request. Upon validation of your request, Assembléon will send you an email notification.

6. Register as a Customer
Please complete the Registration form, indicating that you want to register as a Customer and making sure that you have provided your work email address, and follow the steps under 'how do I register'. Initially you will be automatically registered as a visitor, already giving you access to more content on our site. We will process your request for registration as a Customer within a few days and send you an email notification when this has been completed
7. Register as a Sales Agent
Please complete the Registration form, indicating that you want to register as a Sales Agent and making sure that you have provided your work email address, and follow the steps under 'how do I register'. Initially you will be automatically registered as a visitor, already giving you access to more content on our site. We will process your request for registration as a Sales Agent within a few days and send you an email notification when this has been completed
8. Register as a Service Agent
Please complete the Registration form, indicating that you want to register as a Service Agent and making sure that you have provided your work email address, and follow the steps under 'how do I register'. Initially you will be automatically registered as a visitor, already giving you access to more content on our site. We will process your request for registration as a Service Agent within a few days and send you an email notification when this has been completed
9. Register as an Assembléon Employee
Please complete the Registration form, indicating that you want to register as an employee and making sure that you have provided your Assembléon email address, and follow the steps under 'how do I register'. Initially you will be automatically registered as a visitor, already giving you access to more content on our site. We will process your request for registration as an employee within a few days and send you an email notification when this has been completed
10. Changing your password
Please login to the site with your email address and password. You will then be able to edit your profile. The form allows you to change your password.
11. Changing your registration type
Please send an e-mail to Customer Care if you want to change your registration status to a different one than requested when originally registering at our site. The request will be processed within a few days, and you will receive an email notification when this has been completed. Note: changing your registration type by editing your profile on the site will not result in a type change - we are working to resolve this and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
