Parts supply to production line

Setup assistant registers every index movement of all feeders on the system and communicates to setup assistant extension the consumption of parts. Additionally, via the factory wide web based GUI, the feeder replenishment can be monitored. Via a Top 15 replenshment list, per AX, just in time action can be executed by supplying parts to the line. Not to late, not to early. The reliabiltiy of parts consumption is enhanced by adding the splice detection option.
