Getting the best out of your people and machines

The range of Knowledge Services includes training and support tools to ensure you get the maximum value from your Assembléon solution. The focus is on transferring the necessary skills and information to your people, so that they can run and maintain production lines as effectively and efficiently as possible. Basic or customized services are offered to enable us to match your exact needs.

The training and support tools focus on information and skill sets that increase the value of your manufacturing facilities by minimizing cost of ownership, maximizing machine availability and increasing machine efficiency. For basic skills, there are a number of cost-effective, standard tools. To educate your staff for more advanced maintenance and applications, we transfer our operational knowledge at a higher level with a customized approach. This approach does not compromise on quality or the level of customization.

Knowledge Services can be offered:

  • in person, with training on-site or at one of our training centers
  • online, via internet in combination with remote support
  • offline on CD, DVD or paper e.g. offering best practices and benchmarking techniques

Examples of our Knowledge Services include:

  • User training for effective machine programming and operation
  • Maintenance training for troubleshooting, part replacements, adjustments and more
  • Simulators to teach effective operation without needing a machine
