Assembléon’s true parallel placement combines speed, flexibility, accuracy and low defect rates with lowest cost per placement. Since 1993, the technique has improved and established itself as the industry benchmark for best placement quality at high output, without compromising on placement speed.

The technology has been further enhanced in Assembléon’s end of line AX-201 Pick & Place machine. The advanced linear motor H-Drive of the AX-201 achieves the industry’s highest placement rate in demanding real-life multifunctional applications for odd-form and very high accuracy bare die product (flip chip) placements.
