With software optimizing factory processes efficiently, the AX-301 and AX-501 can simply be blended within your factory. The truly modular single sided concept simplifies use and offers complete control and overview from one side only in any product mix or volume environment.

With up to 156 (AX-301) or 260 (AX-501) tape feeding positions and up to 30 tray positions, the machines can be configured and re-configured in small steps from 30K to 77K (AX-301) or 121K (AX-501) components per hour to suit your exact capacity requirements without under or overspending. The true parallel placement robot delivers exceptionally high first pass yields and line performance in the single-digit defects per million range.
