Change-over flexibility

Change-over costs time. Time should be reduced to run your equipment as efficiently as possible. The MC-series feature a variety of enhancements and options to simplify and reduce change-over time.

1) Optimizing and scheduling.
To reduce the amount of changeovers significantly, programs can be grouped with the aim of the least amount (or none at all) feeder changes between programs. Additionally, the programs can be optimized on largest batch size, priority or parts consumption.

2) Flexible board support
MC series support flexible board support options, eliminating the need to move support pins or adjust their height and improve mounting quality by ensuring board flatness.

3) Automatic board width adjustment / Barcode triggered changeover
All MC equipment  support automatic board width and height support. In combination with barcode triggered changeover, board width change is fully automated, eliminating all changeover interactions.

4) Feeder Trolleys  and offline setup preparation
Feeder trolleys allow a new feeder setup within minutes. Supported by the offline setup preparation the changeover can be prepared and executed in the shortest timeframe.

5) Feeder Anywhere
Freedom in placing feeders anywhere! The feeder anywhere feature allows a freedom of feeder setup. The program will automatically recognize the feeder and adapt the program on the spot.

6) Intelligent Electrical Feeders
The smart and easy electrical feeders allow loading in seconds and have the pitch programmed directly in to the feeder. Loading can be performed online (near the machine) and offline.
