PCB Buffering

Increased line efficiency is achieved by using as much as possible line buffering eliminating as much as possible machines waiting for each other. Buffer positions enable efficient flow of PCB’s through the line.

The MC equipments unique line buffering function allows PCBs to be located in-between machines, overlapping the run-in and run-out section without stopping the line. Depending on the board size 1 or 2 buffer positions exist.
