Putting more value into flexibility
Based on the MG-1R, the MC-1 incorporates a significant improvement
package, bringing you improved reliability and enhanced maintainability.
Flexibility and easy of use is lifted to a new level with the new
intelligent electrical feeder, accompanied by default installed tape
cutters, which allows the system to pack up to 126 feeders. An optional new
nozzle set allows even more tighted interspacing of down to 100
microns.
The new MC-1 combines a high-mix capability with accurate chip and IC
shooting, making it the most versatile Pick & Place machines available.
It meets a wide range of production needs by being able to handle a broad
component mix.
