After picking up all components on the 10 fold placement head, the scanning camera with integrated side view camera on-the-fly, will align all 10 components. All without stopping the pick and place X- and Y-movement. This revolutionary system is a basis for the high outputs the compact mounter can achieve.
The scanning and side view camera are used for components from 01005 up to 8mm x 8mm. Optional a high resolution line array can be mounted to expand the MC-24 component range to 32 x 32mm. More information on high resolution line array camera’s can be found here.
