Tray Feeders

The MC-24 processes trays in order to provide the most convenient way of handling.

ATS tray feeder

The ATS tray feeder (ATS) is directly connected to the rear of the machine, allowing high speed feeding of tray components and direct picking from the tray. The feeder can hold 2 magazines of 15 trays (30 trays total).
The ATS allows tray change on the fly. While trays are in the working area, other trays can be exchanged.
