Doubling the number of products per day

The MC-5X combines the best features of the MC-5 chip shooter and MC-5 end-of-line placer in less than 20 square feet (around 2 square meters) of floor space! The 20 kcph machine has up to 108 intelligent feeder slots, and accepts a full component range along with board sizes up to LxW 575 x 460mm (22.6 x 18"). Its lightweight feeders can be unloaded and loaded in just 30 seconds. Supported by the "place your feeder anywhere" feature, the system is up and running for the next product in only minutes. This will at least double the number of products per day over systems with mechanical feeder handling.

The MC-5X combines high speed with superior performance. With a single placement beam with 5 inline Z linear controlled heads combined with a new recognition system the MC-5X achieves a speed of 20.000 components per hour. In addition, the MC-5X is ultra-compact, occupying a length of just 1.25 meters.
