Nozzles
The MC-8 requires just seven nozzle shapes to place its specified SMD range. Minimizing the need for nozzle exchanges achieves high output levels. The standard MC-8 comes with a 18-position nozzle exchange station that accommodates additional special nozzles.
All M-Series modules feature a nozzle cleaning station for automatic cleaning with air. This sequence can be automatically initiated, significantly reducing preventive maintenance actions.
