The full range of M-Series equipment provide optimum solutions for high mix manufacturing at any volume and any batch size. Excellent offline and online software shorten the time from CAD to production supporting  the M-Series highly valued NPI reputation.

Supporting the same pneumatic feeder platform as legacy products such as the Opal and Topaz, the MG range exists of two economic modular systems: MG-5 and MG-1R. 

A next step in value added high-mix production are Assembléon’s MC range compact modular placement systems. Based on the new long-life and very accurate intelligent electrical feeders the very compact modules range from economic solutions (MC-5) to high output high-mix modular solutions (MC-24).  Using an extreme small floorspace, the new MC platform solutions provide outputs up to 72kcph on just 2 square meters; world’s best area productivity. To demonstrate that occupying very small floorspace can come with extreme flexibility is expressed by its specification. With up to 120 feeder positions per machine and component ranges up to (LxWxH) 100x45x25.5mm and very large board sizes of 700x510mm the MC platform demonstrates its unsurpassed versatility and flexibility.
