The type and depth of support you need will vary, and it can also vary over time. Sometimes remote service is sufficient – for example our twenty-four-hour help desk can answer any question about your Assembléon Pick & Place machine. If a machine requires personal assistance, on the other hand, you may need direct technical support on the work floor to fix it immediately.
So, we offer different ways of assisting you to maximize machine efficiency
and uptime by maintaining your machines and improving for example
changeover times. Support is available over the complete equipment life
cycle, either from Assembléon staff or from your own trained engineers
using the Assembléon tools. Technical support is available 24/7, with
spare parts and consumables delivered within the time limits you
require.
