AX-301/501 Maintenance Course


Course objectives

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Exchange machine modules
- Repair the machines pneumatic and electrical systems
- Perform full machine maintenance
- Perform all machine calibrations
- Troubleshoot basic hardware related problems


Course content

- Installation or re-location of AX machine in accordance with the Pre-installation manual.
- AX machine leveling to SMEMA height, adjust and align the trolleys, Connect and adjust the Power and air supply to machine.
- Installation of the Software.
- Detail understanding on the Functions, working principles and system interrelations.
- Machine Base, Transport, Pick & Place & Trolley.
- Pneumatic system, Power and safety Circuits and trouble- shooting.
- Data communication structure, LAN and CAN working principles.
- Preventive Maintenance for AX and feeders.
- Repair and Replacement of AX Parts
- Placement Head and Placement Robot
- Exchange of Pneumatic controller and flexi cable guide.
- Replace Placement and Transport controller
- Exchange EPC, motion controller and motion amplifier.
- Trouble shooting the AX machine modules.
- Calibration of Transport and System calibration.

Target group

- Maintenance technicians who will be responsible for first line maintenance,
trouble shoot and repair of the AX
- Maintenance supervisors who need to be familiar with the AX maintenance
requirements

Duration

This is a 5 day training course, 35 hours of instruction.
