Modular structure

This course consists of the AX-201 maintenance module 1 to 5. Module 1 is prerequisite for all other maintenance modules. On request the AX-201 maintenance modules can be ordered separately.

Course objectives

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Exchange machine modules
- Repair the machines pneumatic and electrical systems
- Perform full machine maintenance
- Perform a full system calibration
- Troubleshoot basic hardware related problems

Course content

- Detail understanding on the functions, working principles and system interrelations of the AX-201 sub-systems.
- Installation or re-location of AX-201 machine in accordance with the Pre-installation manual and the procedures stated in the Installation Manual and Service Manual.
- Trouble shooting the AX-201 machine modules with instructor induced errors.
- Repair and correctively maintain the AX-201.
- Transport and system calibration.
