Vision

The AX-301 can use two vision tools in the placement heads: laser vision and single vision. A third offline vision tool is also offered. Laser vision provides on-the-fly alignment for maximum output and optimal fiducial and artwork recognition. There is a choice of eight nozzles, and placement force is programmable between 1.5N and 8N. Laser vision also features automatic board warpage detection and correction. The maximum component height is 10.5 mm. Single vision (without laser alignment) also offers a choice of eight nozzles, has programmable placement force between 1.5N and 8N, automatic board warpage correction, and a maximum component height of 10.5 mm. The A-Series offline vision tool prepares component vision files offline.
