Vision

The AX-501 can use two vision tools in the placement heads: laser vision and single vision. A third offline vision tool is also offered.

Laser vision provides on-the-fly alignment for maximum output and optimal fiducial and artwork recognition. There is a choice of eight nozzles, and placement force is programmable between 1.5 N and 8 N. Laser vision also features automatic board warpage detection and correction. The maximum component height is 10.5 mm. 

Single vision (without laser alignment) also offers a choice of eight nozzles, has programmable placement force between 1.5 N and 8 N, automatic board warpage correction, and a maximum component height of 10.5 mm. 

The A-Series offline vision tool prepares component vision files offline.
