With up to 260 pick positions, the AX-501 handles a wide range of components from 01005 to IC packages measuring 45 x 45 mm (including fine-pitch QFP, BGA, μBGA and CSP). It also places components up to 10.5 mm tall (over a length of 10.5 mm). Reliability is assured with a placement accuracy of 40 microns at 3 sigma.
