Tray feeders

The MG-1R processes trays via different feeder systems in order to provide the most convenient way of handling.

Double shuttle tray sequencer

The double shuttle tray sequencer is an auxiliary unit for feeding components from trays, and has no impact on PCB width or feeder slots. The feeder holds a maximum of 60 pallets (in four magazines). A tray magazine (15 pallets max.) allows offline setup of trays and is easily exchangeable.

Single ATS tray feeder

The single ATS tray feeder is directly connected to the rear of the machine, allowing high speed feeding of tray components and direct picking from the tray. There is no impact on the PCB width. The feeder can hold a maximum of 30 pallets (in two magazines).

Internal tray feeder

The internal tray feeder is mounted inside the work envelope of the machine. It allows high-speed feeding of tray components and direct picking from tray.
