Tray feeders
The Topaz-XII processes trays using different feeder systems for the most convenient way of handling.
Large Component Sequencer
The Large Component Sequencer (LCS) is an auxiliary unit for feeding parts from trays. It has no effect on PCB width or feeder slots. The feeder holds a maximum of 40 pallets with 120 trays. Tray replenishment is on the fly.
Internal tray feeder
The internal tray feeder is mounted inside the work envelope of the machine. It allows high-speed feeding of tray components and direct picking from tray.
Manual tray feeder
The Manual tray feeder is mounted on the rear feeder bar and makes direct pick from tray possible.
Single ATS tray feeder
The Single ATS tray feeder is connected to the rear of the machine, allowing high-speed feeding of tray components and direct picking from the tray. Two models are available, each equipped with 20 pallets.
Double ATS tray feeder
The double ATS tray feeder is connected to the rear of the machine, allowing high-speed feeding of tray components and direct picking from tray. It is equipped with 40 pallets.
